Hello to all 34 of you amazing humans. I hope you had the perfect weekend with enough of what you needed to flow into this last week of February.
This was a big week for me and I wanted to express my gratitude to each of you for reading. I’m awarding some of you bonus points for coming back and reading the other posts I wrote this week!
I decided that I’m going to send out a weekly recap email (this is it) instead of sending you an email every time I publish. I think there’s a way to give you a choice, but I haven’t figured it out yet.
Remember, that’s the name of the game: we’ll figure it out as we go.
Week in Review
This week I published four posts for you to explore. I hope you find one of them to be helpful and I’d be delighted to hear from you if that’s the case.
Your Invitation to the Adam Experiment sets the stage for what’s to come and acts as my personal coming out party in my commitment to owning who I am.
The superpower you need for doing almost anything explores what I call “personal prompting” and teaches you how to tap into your higher self and role models to get done your most important work.
Experiment: Acts of Gratitude & Curiosity is my first of many “Experiment” posts. In this one, I talk about my fear of reaching out to impressive people and how I’m experimenting to rebuild that muscle and break free of old beliefs.
Big Adam Energy shares a story of how a man I witnessed at the gym inspired me to own all of my energy and how you can do the same.
This Week
I have 131 ideas for posts drafted. That includes the 14 I added in the last two days after inspiring conversations with people like you who reached out to share their thoughts and appreciation.
I’m excited to experiment with shorter posts as well as some longer posts with more research. The one I’m looking forward to the most is one about my dad, how our relationship has evolved over the years, and what he’s taught me about my potential. You might want to grab some tissues.
Other actions for this week include some light branding and graphics.
It’s also time for the podcast. Some of you might remember The Man Date, a show about men’s mental health I launched in 2020. I knew I wanted to get back at it and it all fell into place last week. I love being in conversation with smart and inspiring people, especially on the topic of unleashing human potential. I have my first 4 guests lined up:
The Queen of experimentation and owning who you are
The Master of intimacy and how to use it to tap into your hidden potential
The Expert on energy editing, what it is and why you should try it
The Wizard of networking and why more people want to help you than you realize
And we’re just getting started!
